1. iScout Basketball App Privacy Policy

Data we collect

The iScout Basketball App receives or collects data whenever it is installed, accessed, or used by you.

Data provided by you

• Profile - Your account information: We receive your mobile number when you create an iScout Basketball App account. We receive the phone numbers from your address book whenever you synchronize your contacts with the athletes you have on iScout Basketball App. You agree that you have authorization to provide such numbers to the App. Other data can be provided by you for your account, such as: your profile name, personal photos, weight and height.
• Games: you can create, join, or be added to games, and those games are associated with your account data. That's how your scouts are recorded in the application and define their progress, award achievements, record their methods, and define the purpose of the iScout Basketball App.

Automatically collected data

• Usage and Registration Data: We collect data from records and access files made by you; in iScout Basketball App, plus logs and diagnostic reports, crashes and performance.
• Transaction Data: In the event of payment by our Services, we may receive data and confirmations as payment receipts, including from app stores or third parties processing your payment.

How we use the data

• Your data such as: name, photos, height and weight can be viewed by any iScout Basketball App user, as long as they have your phone number or view matches in which you had played.

Assignment, change in control and transfer

All our rights and obligations governed by this Privacy Policy and your data may be assigned by us to any successor entity or new owners.

Data management

• If you want to edit or change your data, you can edit your profile data. However, the old data remained in game or event history, the way it was before it was edited. This happens, so that the evolution and history of modification of your data are recorded.
• Your data is maintained by outsourcers such as Google. We are not liable in case these companies have any problems that cause temporary unavailability of your data or even erase them.
• Any other users who have access to your phone number and register you as one of the athletes, can assign your user name, height, weight, photo and other profile data. However, once you create your iScout Basketball Appp account, upgraded users will not be able to change your account data.
• It is still not possible to limit or delete your data (or account) definitely from iScout Basketball. If this limitation is changed, we will update this policy.
  • This limitation exists because even if you remove your data, another user with access to your phone number can create a fictitious athlete with your data - whether beeing or not you. That is, it is not our goal to limit to users, the manipulation of data that they invent, copy or otherwise have access to.

Updates to our policy

• We may change or update our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of changes made to this Privacy Policy as necessary and update the date of last modification at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of our Services ratifies your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and subsequent changes. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, stop using the iScout Basketball app. Please review our Privacy Policy from time to time.

 

2. iScout Basketball App Terms of Service

IScout Basketball App provides scouting for basketball games. Please read our Terms of Service to understand the purpose, functionality, and limitations of this application. You agree to our Terms of Service from the time you install, access or use the application in question, services, features, software or website (collectively, "Services"), linked to iScout Basketball.

About our services

Register; You have to register for our services using information. If you change your phone number, iScout Basketball still does not provide features for updating and retrieving your data. You agree to receive text messages and phone calls (our or our outsourced service providers) with codes or information to register and use our Services.

List of contacts and athletes: You provide the phone numbers of iScout Basketball and Contacts users in your contact list to feed your list of athletes. You confirm that you are authorized to provide such numbers to us so that we can provide our Services.

Age: The classification is free of age to use our Services (or more if it is required by the law of your country that regulates the use of our Services for you to be authorized to use our Services without the authorization of your parents). In addition to the minimum age required to use our Services in accordance with applicable law in your country, if your age is deemed insufficient to validate acceptance of our Terms in your country, your legal guardian will have to accept our Terms in your name.

Devices and software You must provide certain devices, software and data connections to use our Services, which are not provided by us. While you are using our Services, you authorize the download and installation of updates to our Services, even automatically.

Rates and taxes You are responsible for all operator's data plans, fees and taxes associated with your use of our Services. We may charge you for your use of our Services, including applicable taxes. We can refuse or cancel requests. We do not make refunds associated with our Services, except as required by law.

Privacy Policy and User Data

The iScout Basketball's Privacy Policy describes our information practices (and also messages), including the types of information we receive and collect, and how we use and disclose such information. You agree to our data practices, including the collection, use, processing and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use of our services
